Strategic Planning Committee
Town Hall Meeting
Thursday, May 5 — at 7pm in Fellowship Hall
The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) will host a town hall meeting as a follow-up to the recent "Meet the Architects" event. In this meeting, the SPC will:
- Update the parish on the strategic planning process.
- Present an update on parish finances, including mortgages on the PLC and new property.
- Review the findings of the 2007 Building Assessment, with any new developments/findings.
- Open up the floor for questions and comments.
Since we are still at the beginning stages of the strategic planning process, it is extremely important for as many parishioners as possible to come and have their voices heard on setting the future direction of the parish. We would like to especially encourage youth, younger parishioners, and younger families to attend. (Baby sitting will be provided.)
